HURRAYS! LIZHEN FOUND A JOB (more like a source of money)
and hence, decided to blog (:
it's some camp instructor thing at FOCUS ADVENTURE CAMPSITE AT SAND TOE SAH!
whee.. remove your shoes and bathe in the every so happy looking sun, glistering sea and watch the rich looking angmohs spend their pile sg notes! oh wad a happy sight~
right and back to work..
reached vivo kinda early due to distance reason XD
and found out that the monorail only operates at 8am which means.. WE WILL BE LATE FOR WORK!
so.. i called waikit and the convo went smth like this
lizhen: "eh, the monorail only opens at 8am leh.."
waikit: "oh.. then we take the bus lor, meet at the interchange"
lizhen: "ok.. you tell jessie.. (interrupted)
waikit: " hello! hello! i cannot hear you.. my phone got problem.. i'm at candy empire, meet you at the interchange k"
lizhen: " -.- ok.. i'm going down"
yup.. so we met and randomly took a shuttle bus at the interchange and tyco-ly ended up at the right station..
hoho..
our job was mainly to be station masters for their mini amazing race around sentosa (which lasted for <1hr)-.-
jessie and i chose the jigsaw puzzle station where they had to form 2 different puzzles with the pieces mixed together.
our location was the southern most point (claimed but theoretically incorrect) where i had a great time feeding the mozzies..
haha.. we had quite a bit of waiting time b4 the first group came so jessie and i started piecing up the puzzles..
took me quite some time but managed to get it in e end ((:
but then again it's 100 pieces, maybe i shud try 1000 next time.. hoho!
in the end we only had 1 group coming to us and that's the end of our job for the day..
and we were paid TWENTY THREE BUCKS ($3 for the entrance fee)

guess i would sign on as an instructor there to secure myself a job after As AND of course.. enrich my life!
