Dear All,In response to the Emergency Appeal that was launched by the International Federation of Red Cross & Red Crescent Societies (IFRC), the Singapore Red Cross is launching a public appeal to raise funds for the victims of the Bay of Bengal earthquake and tidal waves.The earthquake that struck off Sumatra measured 9.0 on the Richter Scale in magnitude according to the US Geographical Survey, making it the world's biggest in 40 years. The current death toll had risen to over 27,000 according to Reuters.
MONETARY DONATIONSThe Singapore Red Cross is appealing for monetary donations to help these victims from the affected countries. The money collected will be sent to IFRC to fund purchases and direct delivery of emergency items like medicine and first aid, food parcels and other relief supplies for the displaced and homeless victims. Please note that due to logistical reasons, we would not be accepting donations in kind.
Cheques should be made payable to "Singapore Red Cross Society". Please write your name, contact number, address and "Tidal Waves Asia" on the back of the cheque. yawn... totally exhausted leh... went to my aunt's hse to stay for a 2 nites...
lst dae: met wif aunt and ken ken @ junction8 den went to cafe cartel to eat... the bread is marvelous... free flow somemore.. den we went to my aunt's hse... had spagatti for dinner... YUMMY!!!introduced elmo's world to ken ken...
2nd dae: CHRISTMAS!!! haha... 1st thing ken ken said to me was to play elmo.. haha... it's juz 8 am lo.. but.. well... being a gd jie jie... gotta play los... den aft tt we went thomson to eat roti prata... ns ns... den we went back home... later.. all my aunts and grandparents came... eat... talk... den went downstairs to hv dinner... went orchard aft tt to well.. walk... the mrt is packed... nt surprising though... went dere... walk.. see... den.. ken ken fell asleep.. haiz... gotta go hm at round 10pm
3rd dae: Woke up... elmo again... haha.. den we went safra @ yishun to swim... haha... fun fun... i am more tanned.. haha.. shiok..:) aft tt.. went to eat.. and.... i ma back hm

Lazy River-- best... haha.. can relac...^^... too bad we din purchase the float.. if not it will be much nicer...^^
slide-- we onli went to the yellow one(shortest)... fun la... scary... fast... before knowing it u are already in the waters... haha... drank quite alot of water
wavy pool-- erm... ns... need to jump when the wave comes... the max i can go is 1.4 m b4 i drown... mi so short... sobx...
i still have the smell of chlorine... haiz... quite sucky...

woohz... this is the besta besta besta camp i have ever went... hahahahahha... it totally RAWKS... 3 daes not enuf lehz... :p
hmmm... mi teammates not bad laz... haha.. quite united los... quite laz... got moi 2 sistas dere... heheh... remember to bang on the count of 1 2 3 orhz...

the activities not bad laz... let's juz summarise los:>
nite 1: the lessons were totally... BORING.. harhar... sianded... but well.. got nite hike to east coast... @ midnite los.. lol... coolness.. walked 21 km... shuang dao.. but too bad it rained... gotts waear poncho... kinda tootx... reached dere @ 2am plus.. haiz... den later sirs dua us... diaozzz... slept @ 3plus... haiz.. to tired
dae 1: south questis so damn diff laz... 4 those pro sing hist peeps de ma... but haha... after the exhausting walk from raffles to city hall to bugis... we won the BRONZE... haha... totally unbelievable los... 1st tym lehz... the... our VIs and mdms sld be proud of us.. harhar... but all tks to our mentor for SQ... yea!!! she rawks!!!
Dae 2: the outdoor cookin was err... terrible... y? cuz we couldnt start the fire... diaozzz lo... din finish cookin den gotta stop le... :( out campfire item was a disaster los... haha... tt's the prob wif ling shi bao fou jiao... lol... too bad laz... but i think pinkie's grp is e best... haha... luckily our campfire pit we made was... not bad lazzz...
dae 3: woohz:L got telematch... haha... eat watermelon aft a full meal of nasi lemak 4 breakfast is totally pukatious la... lol... =.= den aft tt aft the confusing mass cleaning up... we can deng chu liao... finally laz... but kinda missin SDC and frens:)...

went to my cousin's hse on 1 dec... met her @ lot 1 to do menicure...(she did.. not mi)den aft tt went to her hse to decorate... haha... i went to play with the dog(hebe) and cats.. lol.. din realli help la... den aft tt went to my sunty's hse and stayed dere... sian... slept @ 1pm... hmm... the next morning woke up @ 8 plus i think...
all the jie meis arrived quite early to think of how to tekan the groom.. haha... very de funny... lucily jasmine jie very experienced.. haha.. we tekan the groom unil he like ko lian dai... :p... but inreaturn.. we got lots of hong bao... den we divided the money amongst the 5 jie meis... hmm... got about $40 plus... lol...
den aft the make up artist came and do make up for my cousin(pretty leh)... the groom arrived... tekan... den went out... the whole day was running around... haha... so tired lehs...
den we went back to the hotel 4 dinner... gotta help cousin with her make up and stuff @ the hotel's suite(sho bigg lohz)... haiz... den i went down for the cocktail and stuff... saw all my relatives... lol... played mith my dearest biao di... haha.... sho handsome los... got our genes ah ma... :p... something like tt la... the food... okie los.. haiz...

I HVTTA RESTART MY MS... why?... BECUZ I WROTE THE WRG E-MAIL ADD!!!... totally lame... and the pathetic thing is tt i CANT CHANGE MY E-MAIL... haiz... WHICH MEANS I HVTTA RESTART... START FROM SCRATCH... oh great!... think i am goin to be warrior... i really cant bear to leave it los.. argh!... it's like lvl 25 la... and it took me a few mths to get to tt la.. haiz... and everything's gone... juz like tt... haiz...i am totally devasated... argh... realli feel like crying... i hvtta start all over again...

My camp would be a nite camp... haha... cool leh... first dae sleep @ 1am... haha... xi guan le... den got outdoor activities for the few days... haha... but think got test aft tt... actually it's like a training camp la... haizzzz.. but it rox!!! hhaahahha...
