okies.. let's talk bout restaurants today..
it's been long since i went to a restaurant(other than fast-food la).. so ya.. note the changes
last time those waiters/waitresses wld take down ur orders manually right?
now.. they juz hand you a paper with the menu and boxes+pencils and ask you to tick your own orders.. it feels like shading OTAS forms..
last time waiter wld settle your bring the bill for you to settle..
now.. you have to bring the bill to the cashier to settle.. (that's common but still..)
where did our 10% service tax go? wad they have to do is juz to bring us the food(opps.. maybe one day it'll be self service) 10% leh.. $100 meal, $10 gone juz for em to bring me the food? easy money..
not to tok bout the 5% gst.. no 7% soon.. i dun see good service.. juz the norm.. so wad's the use of the taxes-.-

oh wells.. guess restaurant staff are getting lazy.. no wonder they're nt hiring ppl.. no wonder more unemployment.. blah blah blah..
and it goes down to parents asking us nt to spend too much.
